General conditions of sale

  1. Respect of the place

Thank you for booking one or more nights at "Bain de Forêt", in the pine forest of Hardelot. As this is a residential area, we ask you to respect the place, the nature and the silence that nature offers us.

    2. Respecting the conditions of occupation

  1. Capacity: You must respect the maximum number of people allowed in each lodge.

  2. Children and parental responsibility: We allow children to occupy the site. Any fall or accident is the responsibility of the parents. The use of the ladder or the Nordic baths must be continuously supervised by the parents.

  3. Animals: our friends are not allowed in the accommodation.

  4. Consumption of alcohol and tobacco: we ask you not to be inebriated and not to smoke on the terraces. Ashtrays are available. No cigarette butts should be left in the nature.

    3. The rates

Our rates are inclusive of all charges. The price of the charges (electricity, water..), the wood for the wood stove, the booking fees, the cleaning, the household waste. Only the tourist tax is not included in the price.

    4. Payment

For bookings made through our online booking system with secure payment, the amount of the stay will be debited from your credit card, 50% one week before the booking date, then the full amount on arrival. For bookings made by phone or email via our booking service, 50% of the amount of the stay will be paid by bank transfer 1 week before the booking date. In this case, the reservation is blocked for 7 days. The receipt of the payment within this period will validate the reservation. Please note: your booking option may be lifted in case of late payment of the stay, the option period being fixed at 7 days.


    5. Means of payment

Please note: it is imperative to indicate the reference of your reservation with your payment.

    6. Retraction or cancellation

  1. By yourself

By choice: You can request the modification or cancellation of your reservation by email to 7 days before your arrival date. Less than 7 days before your arrival, you will not be able to modify your reservation or be refunded.

The cancellation of a reservation will only become effective after confirmation by email of its acceptance by BAIN DE FORÊT - For any stay cancelled within 7 days before the date of arrival, for any reason whatsoever, the full amount of the stay booked will be due or will remain with BAIN DE FORÊT.

In case of non-presentation: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be retained. Interruption of stay: no refund will be made in case of interruption of the stay in progress.


For obligation: in case of serious illness, accident or death of a registered occupant, the stay will be fully refunded. In the event of serious illness, accident or death of a member of your family not staying in the accommodation, the stay will be postponed free of charge within 12 months of the cancellation. No reimbursement can be requested, the total amount of the stay booked will be due or will be retained by Bain de Forêt.


    2. By us.

In the event of bad weather, storms, thunderstorms or extreme weather conditions, we may cancel your booking for safety reasons. In this case, you will be able to reschedule your holiday to a later date, within 12 months of the date of your original booking.


    7. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be ordered by e-mail on request to They are valid for 2 years. The same conditions apply as for classic bookings.

    8. Responsabilities

It is strongly recommended not to leave valuables objects in the lodgings.Bain de forêt declines all responsibility in case of loss or theft of the client's personal belongings, whether they are entrusted or left at the reception or in the lodges.

    9. Complaints

Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 30 days of the stay to this address:

   10. Dispute

In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Boulogne sur mer is recognised as competent.
